Pay Details The Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is the targeted range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience as it relates to the position qualifications and responsibilities. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of our Marketing team. In this position, you will provide essential marketing and administrative support to the marketing team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include refining and managing team processes and workflows, coordinating marketing communications, supporting media buying and serving as the primary administrative contact for the team.
