Pay Details The Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected salary range for this position is $77,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is the targeted range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience as it relates to the position qualifications and responsibilities. Job Description The Marketing Manager for Theater and Kennedy Center Theater for Young Audiences (KCTYA) is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that maximize revenue and audience engagement for these programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position plays a critical role in crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, to achieve revenue and attendance goals as well as marketing efficiencies. The Theater season includes more than 250 performances annually, featuring a robust lineup of touring Broadway productions and the Center's own acclaimed Broadway Center Stage series. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the marketing CRM team to encourage repeat attendance and cross-genre engagement. Additionally, this role incorporates digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance campaign reach and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
