What You'll Do:

As a Production Logistics Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and the efficient assembly of products. Our dedicated team will help you find the best fit across our various areas of the production process.



  • Material Handling: Receive, organize, and distribute materials within the facility, ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery to production areas.
  • Assembly: Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to established procedures, utilizing hand and power tools to create high-quality products.
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and identify any defects.




You're a Great Fit If You:



  • Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Are detail-oriented and committed to quality.
  • Have the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Are a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Are comfortable lifting to 50 pounds.




Bonus Points:



  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification.
  • Familiarity with operating production machinery.




Shifts:

We offer various shift options, including day and night shifts, with rotating schedules available to suit your needs.

Day Shift Hours | 6 AM - 6 PM

Rotating Day Shift Options | Week 1: (Thursday - Saturday + Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday) OR Week 1: (Sunday - Wednesday + Sunday - Tuesday)

Night Shift Hours | 6 PM - 6 AM

Rotating Night Shift Options | Week 1: (Sunday - Tuesday + Week 2: Saturday - Tuesday) OR Week 1: (Wednesday - Saturday + Week 2: Wednesday - Friday)



Pay & Benefits:



  • Competitive starting pay of $17 per hour
  • Pay increase to $18.50 per hour after 90 days of satisfactory performance
