Work Location: 324 North Fourth Street Indiana, Pa 15701 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: The Identity and Access Manager Administrator I is an entry-level position responsible for managing, enhancing, and securing the organization's identity and access management (IAM) systems. This role encompasses IAM administration, policy enforcement, and strategic IAM initiatives. The administrator will collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure robust access controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting functions related to user access controls. Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 90% of the day; operates office equipment: 10% of the day. Standing is required less than 1 hour per day; sitting is required 7 hours per day; walking is required less than one hour per day. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry for a period of up to 90% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or two-year degree. Certified Identity and Management Access (IAM) Manager certification preferred. Must be completed within 6 months of hire. Experience: Two to five years of general business experience with two to five years specialized banking and / or IT-related experience required.
