Shipping Receiving Inventory Clerk
Job Summary: Reporting to the Shipping Receiving Manager, the Shipping Receiving Inventory Clerk ("The Clerk") ensures accurate inventory control including assigning materials to work tickets, inspecting goods, and maintaining organized shipping and receiving operations. The Clerk will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate deliveries and shipments while ensuring compliance with established protocols. The Clerk is also tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving areas, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Additionally, the Clerk will operate a forklift for loading and offloading trucks, significantly enhancing the streamlined shipping and receiving process.Top of Form

Essential Job Requirements
|
- Shipping Operations (Primary):
- Prepare and ship all products for customers.
- Support miscellaneous shipping needs. (marketing materials, testing etc.).
- Receiving Operations:
- Receive all items (Primary).
- Count, inspect, and assign Material Identification Tag (MIT) when needed.
- Compile and maintain receipt inspection reports, labeling, and dedication paperwork throughout the dedication plan process.
- Update Ship/Rec log.
- Inventory Management Assistance:
- Maintain a clean and orderly shipping area and keep track of material stock levels.
- Issue materials for WT's, ensuring accurate physical counts and labeling.
- Receive returning materials, count, label, and process for return.
- System Management Assistance:
- Receive all Purchase Orders (POs) into SAGE for both NFT and PSC.
- Post POs at the end of each day for accurate record-keeping.
- Close all WTs, verify counts, and address discrepancies.
- Post WTs into SAGE after labor and work completion.
- Inventory Audits:
- Assist with cycle counts on a monthly and yearly basis to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Documentation:
- Scan all dedication plans, WT's, packing lists, and inspection reports into the computer system for electronic record-keeping.

Position Profile:
|
Required Experience:
|
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control.
- Familiarity with inventory management software, SAGE is preferred but not required.
|
Required Education:
|
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
|
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and counts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed. (25-50lbs lift)
- Stairs
- Forklift experience, pallet jack
- Computer Skills: MS Office suite skills are required
