About the Job

Crafts innovative plans for healthcare clients as an Associate Director of Engagement Strategy, driving value through dynamic brand experiences that resonate with targets. You'll dive deep into foundational strategy elements, leveraging research and insights to develop customer journeys and activation points. Collaborating with diverse experts, you will distill complex ideas into actionable plans, showcasing how all channels and platforms unite to bring the brand promise to life. With a creative and flexible approach, you'll facilitate workshops, develop engagement ecosystems, and drive project briefs that spark meaningful connections.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee day-to-day activity on assigned accounts, creating project briefs, and collaborating with larger brand teams to examine and recommend engagement strategies.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with account management, strategic planning, media, creative counterparts, and senior marketing clients.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable plans to drive brand goals, marrying strategic and creative aptitude to create meaningful engagement strategies.
  • Provide insights into the value and limitations of on and offline channels.
  • Serve as a key engagement team member on the brand team, ensuring quality strategic and creative products, and lead accounts with limited supervision.
  • Present ideas to clients, support senior team members on new business pitches, and mentor junior-level engagement strategists.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders, agency-wide, to drive results and growth.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related major (preferred), with 4+ years of experience in Healthcare marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to build complex stories and presentations.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in high-pressure situations, including new business pitches.
  • Good active listening skills, with a collaborative working style, and ability to work constructively through conflicts.
  • Proficiency in brainstorming software such as Stormz, Miro, and/or Mural, and ability to independently run workshops on online collaboration platforms like Zoom.
  • Ability to guide junior team members through new projects, and prioritize their learning and development.

Salary

$120,000 to $160,000 annually
