Work closely with project managers and team members to develop, manage, and control multiple complex and inter-related project schedules utilizing current project management scheduling tools. 2. Provide day-to-day monitoring and coordination of one or more business projects. 3. Analyze and track critical path, major milestones, cost and resource allocations, and identify and resolve complex issues. 4. Conduct quality control analysis, testing, surveys, etc. to determine if project deliverables meet established standards and client expectations, and prepare resultant findings reports, include recommendations for quality improvement. 5. Oversee project support staff, such as data entry, installation, and technical support technicians; review support/technician work and provide guidance and correction as necessary. 6. Prepare project-related documents and coordinate ongoing communications between project staff, vendors, contractors, client staff, and management to obtain or provide information, coordinate issues resolution, and arrange meetings. *This is a remote based position that can be located anywhere throughout the country* WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills & Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop project plans to achieve organizational goals. Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work on a team. Travel: Some travel may be required.
