We are seeking an experienced Smart Spaces Program Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tridium Niagara, Distech, or similar building management systems along with a familiar understanding of AWS cloud technologies. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing enterprise smart building optimizations and deployments. Location: Seattle, Washington - Bellevue preferred Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using Tridium Niagara and BMS system technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system diagrams data flow diagrams and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all architectural designs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders including developers project managers and business analysts.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans to support long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Tridium Niagara, certifications a plus
- Understand AWS cloud technology, certifications a plus

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 11th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $98,550 - $156,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
