Pay: $27.00/hr - $35.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: To qualify, you should possess an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and 2 to 4 years of experience in managing general ledgers. Experience in financial statement preparation is preferred, alongside a solid understanding of accounting principles and the relationship of general ledger accounts to invoices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, is also required.

Job Duties:



  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable, including cash in advance, invoices, and expense reports
  • Manage freight bills, return-to-vendor credit memos, and debit memos
  • Keep Accounts Payable aging current and accurate
  • Process and maintain SAP Concur Expense reports
  • Record expenses and payments in the General Power system
  • Reconcile outstanding corporate credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly Concur Expense reporting
  • Provide help desk support to employees
  • Maintain the Concur Expense setup
  • Collaborate with the Operations department and branches to resolve discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders
  • Prepare weekly Accounts Payable checks
  • Process wire transfers
  • Handle Concur Global Pay through online banking and any ad-hoc payments as needed
