Job Objective: Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing andfiling
- Processing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new customers
- Process orders, forms, applications and request
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Track, purchase & manage stock of office and kitchen supplies asneeded
- Prepare correspondence andpresentations
- Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and expresspackages.
- Manage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary bymanagement
- Work on special projects asneeded
- Must be able to analyze situations for safety and practicability, and deal with problems involving few concrete variables infairly standardizedsituations.
- Must demonstrate a professional, courteous demeanor to both customers and coworkers andkeep safety in mind at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service required
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Experience in the lubricants industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Dependable with a positiveattitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of ateam
- Excellent interpersonal & problem-solvingskills
- Excellent phoneetiquette
- Customer-focused & proficient relationshipbuilder
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint
- Ability to explore and learn other softwareapplications
- Ability to prioritize and managedeadlines

- Strong organizationalskills
