Job Summary Vistra offers a dynamic internship program, targeted at challenging and developing each candidate. This position is responsible for supporting the Large Business Operations function within the Retail organization with day-to-day operational and analytical needs and automating manual processes where necessary. The intern job function has a responsibility for analyzing, modeling and developing improvements to business processes by conducting comprehensive reviews of various operational processes and metrics. As part of the review, the intern will identify gaps/issues occurring within various systems, processes, and develop solutions to mitigate risks and deliver an improved customer experience. Job Description Participate and contribute to meetings with business process owners, including management members, to gain an understanding of business processes Develop a consolidated dynamic cost to serve model for Large Business Operations Deliver key insights by uncovering root causes for trends in errors and gaps in processes with the quoting, contracting, and billing processes Analyze data impact of trends and opportunities and recommend technology and/or manual process changes to improve the effectiveness of processes and increase efficiencies Partner with cross functional teams to build and further improve relevant business performance Organize and automate data across multiple platforms Additional projects may be assigned based on the skill and experience level of the intern Job Family General Services Company Vistra Retail Operations Company Locations Irving, Texas Texas We are a company of people committed to: Exceeding Customer Expectations, Great People, Teamwork, Competitive Spirit and Effective Communication.
