Join the Gundersen Health System Team as a Simulation Technician!

Are you ready to bring healthcare training to life? As a Simulation Technician, you'll be the mastermind behind our human patient simulation manikins and cutting-edge multimedia equipment. Your role will be crucial in creating realistic healthcare scenarios that replicate medical conditions and responses, helping to train the next generation of healthcare professionals. What You'll Do:

• Execute simulation experiences using human patient simulation manikins for student and staff education.
• Program simulators, prepare scenario props, and create Moulage to model physiological responses.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance program curriculum and promote the simulation center.
• Perform maintenance on simulation equipment and report malfunctions for timely repairs.
• Support daily operations of the simulation center, including pre- and post-simulation activities and compliance with lab policies.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross. within six months of hire
• 1 year of experience working in a healthcare related field or experience with computer technology
