SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Established proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel is required
Established proficiency with Materials Management Systems such as Syteline or other systems required
Experience with computer applications and ERP systems such as Enertia, AFE Manager, Schedule-It, Pay-It
Comprehensive understanding of oil and gas equipment and industry terminology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and practical solutions
Strong leadership and coaching skills to support and develop team members
Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Curiosity and innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms.
Experience with procurement software and tools to manage purchasing processes efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex procurement tasks and deadlines
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: High School or GED, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management Preferred
CPSM or CSCP preferred
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working materials in Oil & Gas industry.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
20% - 40% Travel will be required for mandatory meetings, training and visits to field locations.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND
Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
