Description
What The Role Is: The Treasury Management (TM) Technical Onboarding Specialist consults with clients and advises on the onboarding process of new or complex Treasury Management solutions. The TM Implementation Specialist drives toward successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the client, and measurement of initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature. This may include file formatting, transmission testing, technical builds, or troubleshooting serving as a subject matter expert on a defined set of tools. Successful incumbents possess prior treasury management experience, written and verbal communications skills, sales and relationship management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as organizational and time management skills. Must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in process, technology and industry. Investigates emerging technologies and trends and provides proactive recommendations. Has the ability to define project scope and deliverables that effectively support business goals. How You will Make an Impact:
