Position Function |
Working as part of Advancement Services and Prospect Development team the Assistant Director of Prospect Development gathers and presents data from internal and external sources to help inform the fundraising efforts of Development and support colleagues to ensure research needs are effectively addressed. |
Minimum Education |
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. An associate's degree and two years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. |
Minimum Experience |
At least one year of related experience. |

- Must have problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, organize work, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills to work on simultaneous projects independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with a focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Must exercise discretion in working with confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with people of all ages and diversity.
