Pinterest is looking to build out a team of vertical content strategists to build and deliver targeted and effective content that highlights how Pinterest uniquely meets the needs of global advertisers and agencies. As a Content and Vertical Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies for Pinterest's Global Sales Organization (GSO). This position involves creating and distributing highly relevant content tailored to specific verticals, ensuring deep industry relevance and impact at the company, solution, vertical, and regional levels. In this role, you will also contribute to developing commercial insights that will be integral to a new sales methodology, enhancing the effectiveness and precision of sales efforts. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including strategists, designers, copywriters, producers, and project managers, to deliver targeted, insights-driven content that aligns with Pinterest's key verticals and geographic priorities. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales training team to ensure they are fully equipped to leverage this content effectively in their efforts. Reporting to the Director of Content Strategy, Development & Governance, this role requires a strategic, creative, collaborative, and influential leader with deep full-funnel advertising industry expertise, who can drive creative content development, operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and global, inclusive thinking.
