Shifts Available: 1st Shift \| 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM 2nd Shift \| 4:30 PM - 3 AM Pay \| $24.50 - 27.00 per hour $2,000 sign-on bonus potential CNC Machine Setup Operator essential tasks: This role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts while following process sheets and specifications. Responsibilities include using precision measuring equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, performing first-piece approvals, and reporting equipment malfunctions. The position requires de-burring parts, maintaining accurate counts, meeting production standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Additional tasks may include loading work programs, taking offsets, and finding zero, with other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 5 years of machining experience is preferred. General knowledge of machining techniques. The ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment.
