Job Details: 1st Shift \| 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM \| Monday - Thursday 2nd Shift \| 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM \| Monday Afternoon - Friday Morning Pay \| $23 - 25 per hour Welder essential tasks: This role requires adhering to all safety procedures, PPE, and OSHA requirements, maintaining a clean work environment, and being punctual for scheduled shifts. Employees must ensure tools and equipment are properly returned at the end of each shift and operate company machinery such as forklifts, jib cranes, and overhead cranes, with a willingness to learn new systems. The position involves transitioning between Operator/Laborer roles as needed, completing necessary documentation like job travelers, dimensional verifications, and weld identifications, and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; trade school certificate preferred, with 3+ years of related experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions. Proficient in welding according to specifications and using measuring tools like calipers and tape measures. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to pass weld tests while showing efficiency on products. Strong communication skills with the ability to comprehend, speak, and write in English.
