" I can succeed as a Fixed Income Investment Analyst - US High Yield Corporate Credit at Capital Group" Overview: Capital Group is seeking to add a US High Yield Corporate Credit Investment Analyst to expand our investment capabilities. The Fixed Income group invests broadly across the global fixed income markets and has assets under management in excess of $500 billion. As an Investment Analyst, you will conduct fundamental financial, market, and macro research in conjunction with assessing bonds from a variety of issuers and industries within the US High Yield corporate credit universe. You will be responsible for the communication and dissemination of your research, analysis, and investment recommendations. In addition, within their first year most Investment Analysts start to directly manage assets in a research portfolio comprised primarily of HY corporate bonds from within your coverage universe. You will work in an environment that encourages collaboration, entrepreneurship, and creativity to develop your own investment style. As an analyst, you will work within Capital Group's team of dynamic and skilled investment professionals and have access to senior management at a diverse set of companies. Los Angeles and New York Base Salary Range minimum and maximum: $140,000 - $320,000 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
