Description The Supervisor of Quality Improvement is responsible for the administering and monitoring of PMC's quality improvement plan and functions tactically with members of provider and management teams to ensure healthcare quality and patient experience goals are met. Under the overall direction of the Quality Care Delivery and Patient Experience Committee and the Quality and Care Coordination Committee (QCCC), works to achieve quality-related goals set by both committees. Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of policies and procedures for the Quality Department as they relate to organizational quality goals or those in support of external agencies.
