The Supervisor of Quality Improvement is responsible for the administering and monitoring of PMC's quality improvement plan and functions tactically with members of provider and management teams to ensure healthcare quality and patient experience goals are met. Under the overall direction of the Quality Care Delivery and Patient Experience Committee and the Quality and Care Coordination Committee (QCCC), works to achieve quality-related goals set by both committees. Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of policies and procedures for the Quality Department as they relate to organizational quality goals or those in support of external agencies.

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with electronic reporting tools for generating reports from a warehouse type database.
  • Quality report analytic experience.


Preferred qualifications:



  • Master's Degree in Health Care related field.
  • Epic report writing experience
  • Experience with Epic chronic disease registries and metrics
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis in a medical group practice setting
  • Experience with HEDIS, MU, PQRS, and NCQA reporting
  • Clinic operations experience as complimentary experience to the above.
