Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children? A highly respected nonprofit organization is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to join its team in Little Rock, AR. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's mission by building relationships and securing financial support from corporate partners, individual donors, and foundations.

About the Role:

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for fundraising and donor engagement within central Arkansas. This includes securing mid- to high-level corporate and individual giving, managing donor relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities to support the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies for corporate giving, matching gift programs, and corporate foundation support.
  • Act as a local liaison for national corporate partnerships to ensure alignment and maximize fundraising efforts.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with individual donors and family foundations to encourage long-term support.
  • Identify and engage high-potential donors and prospects within central Arkansas.
  • Oversee online giving programs, monthly contributions, and other revenue streams in the region.
  • Represent the organization at speaking engagements, community events, and donor presentations.
  • Attend and support fundraising events as needed, including some evening and weekend commitments.
  • Maintain donor relationships by executing stewardship strategies and engagement plans.
  • Prepare reports and participate in regular development team meetings.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to engage with corporate executives and develop long-term donor relationships.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in public speaking.
  • Deep understanding of the central Arkansas community and its philanthropic landscape.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
