Overview
This position is accountable for planning, coordinating, and delivering student admission events that contribute to enrollment and organizational goals. Additionally, this position partners with stakeholders to promote events that are within budget and executed within pre-determined timelines. There is a high level of engagement and interaction with students and families that requires significant relationship building. Qualifications
Education / Experience
- High School degree or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience (hospitality, sales event coordination, etc.) required; Experience in a lead or supervisory role (highly preferred)
- Specific experience in education (or other highly regulated field) and multi-site environments (highly preferred)
Skills
- Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format
- Exceptional listening and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate level presentation skills
- Drive, and be accountable for, results in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate level proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), and other enterprise-level software (Adobe DC, SharePoint, etc.)

- Determine how money will be spent to get the work done, and accurately account for the expenditures
- Able and willing to:

- Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks
- Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site UTI and external locations
- Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility
- Participate in, and coordinate, event set-up
- Occasionally lift and maneuver up to 35 pounds
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout entirety of workday (speaking, writing, typing/data entry, etc.)
- Set-up / take down event collateral
Work Environment
- Work is performed on-campus and may be indoor or outdoor based on student need.
