POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to support our contract with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Provides on-site project management support services for related projects and initiatives to ensure that projects fulfill requirements and specifications and are completed within defined schedules and cost parameters. In coordination with Government oversite, the Project Manager shall assist with management and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, projects, objectives, and tasks critical to Naval Surface Warfare Center mission objectives. The Project Manager shall provide project process support, planning, initiating, and controlling practices and execute assigned project tasks.



  • Business process modeling & reengineering support within the areas of Cyber Security and related topic areas.
  • Develop specific project initiation documents, including Charters, Scope Management Plans, Schedule Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, Communication Management Plans, and other Project Management Plan components to define roles, responsibilities, project scope, operational activities, and governance structure.
  • Provide project management support services and initiatives. Ensure that projects fulfill requirements and specifications, are completed within defined schedule, and are completed within defined cost parameters.
  • Project Change Control support to ensure specific product or service changes are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.
  • Integrated Project Team facilitation, organizational assessments, and cost/benefit analyses.
  • Prepare and present white papers and progress reports; assist management with analysis of costs, schedules, and performance of the work.
  • External service provider work order and package development.


Payrate:$120,000 to $150,000 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Active Department of Defense SECRET clearance required.
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • Must have 5 years' experience in Navy IT systems and Cyber Security Compliance.
  • DoD 8570.01-m IAM II preferred.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce detailed and independent written correspondence in order to communicate operational requirements.
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strategic planning, prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think logically and work effectively within group settings or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to receive general guidance and instructions from a supervisor or via established standard operating procedures, and act upon them with minimal supervision
