• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Hybrid

The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Product Marketing Engineer!

This position is for an engineer who has an understanding of marketing and sales. The Product Marketing Engineer is part of the Product Marketing team, which supports the Product Management organization. The primary responsibility of the Product Marketing Engineer will be managing everyday product management activities and collaborating with other product management team members to ensure the organization is running efficiently. A general knowledge of power distribution and protection, including automation and control, underground switchgear, and overhead products and applications is required. In this position, you will report to the Manager - Product Management in Chicago. The location for this position is S&C headquarters in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze product management KPIs.
• Administrating and executing product management systems and processes.
• Ensuring the product management function is resolving questions and support requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with Marketing Communications and Sales to support trade shows and manage product demos.
• Working with Creative Services and product managers on literature updates and new marketing materials.
• Support third-party factory visits and demonstrations.
• Tracking and reporting on the competitive landscape for S&C's product portfolio.
• Contributing to new product development projects and launches.

What you'll Need To Succeed:

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. MBA is desirable.
• Good PC skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Power BI software.
• Strong technical leadership abilities with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Relevant Experience Required: One to three years of proven product marketing/management experience of power distribution and protection products.
