Overview

Element Materials Technology is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager. As the Senior AR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process for all business units ensuring timely resolution of invoicing and collections, managing unapplied cash, and reporting to support the financial health and performance of our organization.

This position is hybrid and located in our GBS hub in Blue Ash, Ohio.



Responsibilities

    Manage Accounts Receivable Operations: oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including employee training & development, timely resolution of disputes, unapplied cash and account reconciliations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: continuously improve the way we monitor, and report accounts receivable performance, working closely with colleagues across the organization to meet the reporting needs of individual Bus.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work with key business stakeholders to develop and implement effective accounts receivable strategies and policies.
  • Process Improvement: lead initiatives to streamline and enhance accounts receivable processes, ensuring they are flexible and responsive to ongoing changes.
  • Business Analysis: conduct transactional analysis, including external insights to inform accounts receivable strategies.
  • Project Management: manage key strategic projects within Accounting Operations related to accounts receivable (e.g., system implementations, new acquisition integrations and policy/procedure changes).


Skills / Qualifications

  • Accounts Receivable Experience: proven experience in managing accounts receivable operations at a strategic or corporate level, including performance monitoring and reporting
  • Communication Skills: strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Must have experience creating reports and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Performance Monitoring Experience: establishing and developing performance monitoring tools and reports for different audiences.
  • Strategic Thinker: proven ability to think and plan strategically and achieve buy-in from senior leaders in the organization.
  • Adaptability: an enthusiastic and flexible approach to adjust behavior, thoughts, and actions in response to new or unexpected situations.
  • Stakeholder Management: experience managing expectations and requirements of all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to balance and independently manage a workload that includes multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment: must be highly motivated, able to pivot and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: must have strong working experience with MS excel, PowerPoint - D365 is a plus
  • Location: Must be able to go into our Blue Ash office 3 days a week
