What you'll do:



  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and general desktop support.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage and maintain IT Assets.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and usage of IT resources.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Ability to obtain secret security clearance, if needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience doing Service Desk providing on-site and remote support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • This is a hybrid role, with a combination of remote work and on-site presence at our Reston, VA office. Flexibility in work arrangements is available to support a healthy work-life balance.
