As a Director Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as your clients' trusted advisor inleading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product, or products, within an engagement. You will collaboratewithclientswithin the Healthcare Vertical undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT)engagements to understand their business, end-customerneeds, and then constantly deliver valuewith fast increment cycles.

• Proven success in implementing Agile methodologies within the healthcare vertical, with a focus on payer-related projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating payer dynamics and comprehensive understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, ensuring strategic execution of initiatives in this complex environment.
• Significant industry knowledge and thought leader-level abilities with, and a proven record of success directing B2C and B2B in professional consulting services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate product strategies and portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers.
• Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize flow of value with a passion to extend this understanding throughout the organization
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services
• Proven ability in collaborating and leading Program Increment (PI) cycles
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders
• Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation
• Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value. Specific emphasis on:
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams. An awareness of cultural and work style nuances that need to be managed in such team settings
• Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors
• Influencer in continuous learning and innovation

Pay Range: $177,000 - $265,000
