We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee key areas of human resources, including performance management, employee relations, training and development, and workforce development. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the growth and success of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to align employee goals with company objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and work with leadership to implement corrective actions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies that support business growth.

  • Partner with external organizations and educational institutions to support workforce development efforts.

  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all employee interactions.

  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus in employee relations

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) desired

The estimated base salary range for the position is $96,400 - $160,000 annually. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
