SUMMARY:
The Capintec Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving inside sales of Capintec products and services within the domestic (US) market. This role involves actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Actively sell Capintec MI products and services within a defined target quantity and territory.
* Support targeted sales initiatives, including calling campaigns, to maximize sales goals and align with the overall objectives of the Sales team.
* Assist in generating accurate sales reports, including forecasts, to facilitate lead generation and support decision-making processes.
* Create quotations and follow up on web requests, ensuring all necessary information is collected for seamless order processing.
* Maintain accurate customer data and end-user information in the CRM system, proactively identifying opportunities for strategic business decisions and cultivating user references for each product.
* Stay knowledgeable about Capintec products and services, including features and benefits, and provide customer information and support via telephone, internet, and occasional in-person meetings or events.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns, emphasizing customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Minimum five years of experience in sales in the medical device or healthcare industry.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build customer rapport.
* Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with customers and end-users, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
