Job Summary

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for packaging, launching, and tracking new client programs. You will establish and communicate schedules and provide status reports to team members. This includes identifying and communicating any issues in the implementation process, such as delays, service problems, or pricing issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts and building relationships with clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and deadlines for store openings, client rollouts, client requests, and program changes
  • Evaluate project deliverables
  • Discuss project status, completion, success metrics, issues, and client satisfaction
  • Determine internal resource requirements based on project needs
  • Communicate client expectations to Field Support and discuss alternative options/solutions
  • Provide project status summary reports and updates
  • Track and report percentage complete, project metrics, and issues
  • Maintain an accurate risk tracking document
  • Summarize the status of current projects and initiatives, and outline time and action plans
  • Gather relevant information from various technology sources and package it professionally
  • Present via phone, webinar, or in-person/group meetings
  • Run verification reports to ensure proper system setup

Qualifications

  • With a bachelor's degree, six months of advanced customer service experience is required; one year is strongly preferred. With a high school diploma, three years of advanced customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external work relationships
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Timeliness, accuracy, and ability to prioritize and organize business requirements and workload
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required (e.g., calculations, VLookup)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Experience with ERP programs (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writer programs (e.g., Business Objects) strongly preferred
