About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive the sales to maximize revenue within the Pacific Northwest region. You will need a deep understanding of professional audio-visual products and solutions, a passion for building strong customer relationships, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical aptitude in the A/V industry.

Your Team

You will report to the Director of Sales.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by collaborating with Harman customers, partners, Independent Sales Representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, systems integrators, consultants, and end-users, while providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for pro A/V solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and routes to market, expand the customer base, and nurture existing accounts to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting to track performance, and monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Develop a pipeline and maintain CRM records to assist in sales forecasts and ensure customer demand is met from both new and existing accounts.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight HARMAN's value proposition and differentiate from competitors.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in selling or designing professional Audio / Video or Unified Communication solutions.
  • Experience working with systems integrators.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric approach to exceed customer expectations and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate a competitive market space.
  • Be organized with exceptional time management skill and have superior follow-up and execution.

What is Nice to Have

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Certification.
  • Previous job history with a competitive equipment manufacturer and/or systems integration company.

  • Be willing to travel up to 50%, domestic travel.
  • Be willing to work in a Home Office in the Pacific Northwest region.

Pay Transparency
$ 76,500 - $ 112,200
Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
