Specialist I Independent Accounts

Drive solutions to district financial and operational priorities by educating and coaching Independent Store Owners/Operators on standard practices, business systems, product knowledge and merchandising programs. Identify and develop resources to provide technical expertise to the Independent Store Owners/Operators Serve as a role model for the behaviors of our company culture, facilitating the execution of our strategy and improving customer service. Provide support to assist Director Independent Accounts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

> Clearly communicate, promote, and support company initiatives and goals.

> Work with assigned store owners/operators to ensure standard practices are understood, utilized, and maintained by identifying root causes and solutions.

> Followup on retail execution of merchandising programs and strategies.

Job Title: Specialist I Independent Accounts Full or Part Time: Full Time

> Provide feedback to business partners on the effectiveness and levels of execution of company programs.

> Review key performance indicators measuring the effectiveness of instore operating systems and merchandising programs and lead, coach, and teach to obtain improved results.

> Educate and coach new Store Owner/Operators on standards, business systems, and product knowledge.

> Identify, maintain, manage, and support the development of qualified resources and trainers with training support and the implementation of new programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

> 3-5 years of retail management experience

> Understanding of total store merchandising techniques

> Knowledge of Retail Standard Practices

> Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

> Store manager experience

The Salary Range for this Position is $63,440 -$95,160
