"I can succeed as a Senior Social Media Specialist at Capital Group." As the Senior Social Media Specialist on the Global Communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting Capital Group's executive social media presence. Your social media experience will enable you to create compelling, personal content for a diverse bench of executives, each with different voices and expertise. The Global Communications team creates original content that authentically allows Capital Group's diverse and experienced executives to be powerful digital storytellers. Through channel expertise, analytics and excellence in storytelling, this team strengthens Capital Group's corporate reputation by sharing who we are and what we stand for with associates, clients and the companies with which we invest. You will help to create and guide content strategies for each executive by understanding stakeholder needs, operating proactively, reacting quickly and managing a high degree of complexity within a matrixed organization. You will leverage insights to inform decisions and optimize social media channels, ensuring alignment with our objectives. Your role will provide day-to-day social media support across executive LinkedIn profiles, implementing Global Communication's social media strategy, writing and developing compelling custom content.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
