As a Product Marketing Manager you will be part of a team driving the strategy, business models and business results for one of our several strategic and industry defining products like Satellite coverage, handset insurance, secuirty products etc. You will be responsible for laying out the vision, roadmap, strategy, value props, positioning and marketing plans for your products and will partner with our insigths, product, GTM and sales teams to bring innovative products and experiences to market while also being the marketing lead for all our channels (retail, digital, care, direct selling)As part of this role you will also work to define the optimum customer journeys across channels (retail, digital, care, direct selling) from purchasing the product, to onboarding, to filing claims and retention in collaboration with various cross functional teams like base managaement, product and channel teams To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thought leader with a growth mindset. You will act as a consumer advocate and will have strong business and analytical acumen, understanding of industry landscape, consumer insights & drivers, and ability to deal with uncertainty while building concepts and value props from scratch and also managing the products through their lifecycle including EOL You will have a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams, building new business models and have strong analytical, writing and presnetation skills. You will be well rounded, with consumer marketing and technical acumen and will always prioritize customers benefits and experiences. Your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed. E-commerce and consumer UX/UI experience is a plus. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
