Job Overview
The Senior Business Strategy Manager is a strategic leader and key business owner for Magenta University, T-Mobile's Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will guide the strategic integration of Magenta U within the broader learning ecosystem, driving operational efficiency, platform optimization, and user-centered enhancements. Acting as a senior advisor, you will collaborate with IT, key partners, and leadership to shape and implement a comprehensive Learning Technology Strategy that aligns with T-Mobile's strategic objectives. Using advanced analytical skills, industry knowledge, and LMS expertise, you will ensure data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and innovation in enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives. Additionally, you will lead multi-functional teams and represent Magenta U in critical technology and business forums, fostering alignment and driving impactful results.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior business owner of Magenta University, strategically aligning its role within T-Mobile's learning technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with IT, HR Systems, and key partners to implement a comprehensive Learning Technology Strategy focused on LMS integrations, data strategies, and system enhancements.
- Represent Magenta U in forums, including the Learning Experience Council (LEC) and Communities of Practice (CoP), to drive alignment and solutions for technical challenges.
- Oversee LMS configurations, performance optimization, and enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
- Leverage LMS data and analytics to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and prioritize platform improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure data integrity, access control, and robust reporting structures to support accurate and efficient system usage.
- Stay informed on advancements in learning technology, emerging industry trends, and standard processes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Seek opportunities to enhance learning outcomes through technology improvements like gamification etc.
- Act as a senior consultant to business units, advising on standard processes and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with shared services and line-of-business teams to refine training resources, improve ecosystem engagement, and align learning technologies with business priorities.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, articulating complex insights and recommendations to influence leadership and guide strategic decision-making.
- Drive multi-functional alignment on technical solutions, resource prioritization, and strategic roadmaps to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning Technology, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in LMS administration, including configuration, platform optimization, and user support.
- 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights for decision-making.
- Demonstrable experience framing complex problems, identifying critical business issues, and delivering data-driven recommendations for critical initiatives.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, including partner engagement, consensus building, and roadmap development.
- Experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy is preferred.
- Expertise in LMS administration and learning technology integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of synthesizing complex information into executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of emerging learning technologies and trends.
- Ability to influence leadership and drive alignment.
- Familiarity with the wireless/telecom industry and technology sectors is a plus.
- Ability to balance between tactical (juggle day-to-day)and strategic work (Big picture strategy).

Base Pay Range: $113,100 - $204,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
