In this Sr. Technical Program Manager role, you'll lead the charge in providing operational support for the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP) and other critical partner sharing initiatives. MAPP is a key partner of Microsoft's incident response team. As part of this team, you'll drive meaningful changes in how we share information with partners and protect customers. Responsibilities* Manage the monthly MAPP security release process.* Oversee MAPP releases in support of security incident operations.* Drive projects from concept to implementation.* Oversee and coordinate MAPP IT resources and assets. * Create and manage partner reporting and metrics.* Evaluate partner performance and drive program improvements.* Collect and analyze metrics to demonstrate business operations ROI.* Manage MAPP operations tools.* Assist in external partner development and relationship activities.* Develop and evolve detailed processes for all aspects of the MAPP business.
