Job Requirements

Life Skills Associates (LSA's) provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned individuals served within a specific program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.

2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM ($17.00/hour) $1,500 Sign-on bonus for full-time new-hires only.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to independently problem-solve
  • Ability to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and crisis intervention techniques according to agency trained protocols

  • Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record.




Applied Behavior Specialist (ABS) provides intensive on-going behavioral assessment/behavior support plan implementation to individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) or other genetic/behaviorally complicated disorders who live in a Community Residential Services (CRS). Individuals admitted to CRS' specialized behavioral programs for placement will receive supports within a highly structured setting, including behavioral interventions. The ABS will be responsible for participating in the continued behavioral assessment across settings, as well as the application of strategies derived from an applied behavior analysis (ABA) model. The ABS will work closely with the clinical team to implement individually designed behavior plans to decrease problem behavior while increasing adaptive more appropriate responses.

1st Shift:7:00AM-3:00PM ($18.41/hour) Sign-on bonus for full-time new-hires only.

2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM ($18.41/hour) Sign-on bonus for full-time new-hires only.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related field or, Associates or 60 college credits plus three (3) years of work experience in programs supporting people with acute behavioral needs
  • Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors desired
  • Experience implementing ABA strategies desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated basic experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook;
  • Maintain current certification/recertification of CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration and crisis intervention, in accordance with agency trained protocols
  • Must have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record.


Program Specialist (PS): Ensures that the services provided in the CRS program adhere to applicable regulations and that the services which are provided meet the needs of the individuals and are provided according to the Individual Support Plan. The Program Specialist completes required documentation, assesses individual needs, coordinates and secures services, provides training to staff and individuals, attends and leads meetings, communicates effectively with all team members, and ensures continuous development and monitoring of programming and services to people on their caseload. Degree Required.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, $47,000 annually with $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Program Supervisor: $22.60/Hour Responsible for the overall management of identified community residential service location(s), including the orientation and supervision of all assigned staff, medications oversight, medical appointments, food shopping/petty cash/menu implementation, fire drills, room care, outcomes implementation and documentation, physical site maintenance and vehicle issues. 5 years of IDD experience.

Operations Manager: Develops, completes, and/or oversees the completion of required program documentation, assesses individual needs, coordinates and secures services, trains and supervises staff, attends and leads meetings, communicates effectively with all team members, including family members, and ensures the continuous development and monitoring of programming and services to people for whom they are responsible.

1st Shift: 8:00AM-4:00PM, Salary $50,000, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
