Vector Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and insight into various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. What You'll Do:
- Help maintain employee records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Participate in special projects to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
- Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably in the second or third year of study).
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office) out of our Tampa office.
