Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will bring together all disparate teams involved in migration & transition knowledge & know-how, tools, processes & methodologies to foster adoption within the defined scope of clients. The scope of this initiative should address all the impacts for adoption, targeting a comprehensive approach that is prioritized by impact, timeline, effort & resources across legacy clients within CSE, CPE & LSE. This Role will Drive accountability and governance on the Migration & Transition Framework/Practice with GEO Services teams, 3DGS, Engagement Models such as CSE/CPE/LSE & Sales/IPC teams. Lead Enablement of Partners Ecosystem to Scale around Migration/Transition Drive WW Knowledge & Knowhow - On All Things Migration / Transition related across all GEO teams as well as 3DGS and Partners. Monitor & Report on All Migration & Transition Projects worldwide across CSE, CPE & LSE. Ensure collaboration and common practices are embraced and followed. Drive R&D closure of required solution gaps in ENOVIA & 3DEXPERIENCE. Drive closure of gaps & enhancements in Migration & Transition Tools to ensure success. Ensure alignment across CPE/LSE/CSE for all Migration & Transition projects. Drive world-wide compliance to the overall practice framework & methodologies defined. Build 3DGS collaboration & extension of DS Services WW team in overall process/framework and toolset

Qualifications:



  • Initiative Program Manager Program & Project Management experience
  • Tech Sales, understanding of client technical perspective / needs & client challenges
  • 10+ years' industry experience


Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $199,000-261,500 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
