You are:

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. OneStream Managers reengineer the way our clients do business by maximizing efficiencies across functional, industry, technical and/or digital areas.

The work:

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
  • Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
  • Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides.
  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
  • Involvement in growing the practice by supporting the new business proposal process business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, driving client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities.
  • Identify business development opportunities by building both internal and external network of professionals.
  • Support requests for proposals.
  • Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements, with deep OneStream technical subject matter expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of combined performance management consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning function.
  • Minimum 3 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing and developing EPM solutions/, preferably OneStream platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with multi-dimensional cubes. Understands how data integration, data/metadata transformation, security, and reporting structures work in OneStream.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close and Consolidation modules.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with end-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Bonus points if:

  • Completed one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators or Essentials Trainings)
  • Completed any OneStream level 2 courses
  • Experience designing and/or developing OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)
  • Experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies like Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.
  • Obtained OneStream Certifications
  • Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
