With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black Top Paving, a Journey Group division, is growing and seeking a motivated Grading Laborer to join our team to assist with general clean up on job sites, as well as assist the team where needed. The starting pay range for this position is $21 per hour.

This position would begin April 2025.

Qualified candidates will have:



  • 6 months construction experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of all safety devices and general safe work practices.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Must be 18 years or older!
