Reactor Modifications Intern

We're hiring a Reactor Modifications Intern at our Waltz Mill Service Center facility in Madison, PA. As a team member on the Reactor Modifications team, you will get to work in the areas of business strategy, transformation, and product management. We are a fast-paced environment so specific projects may vary.

Your Day-to-Day (edit based on department):

• Work closely with finance and corporate strategy to complete our business plan
• Look at our Americas and Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets to understand where our next opportunities are
• Gather market intelligence on competitors
• Implement lean strategies as we transform the business
• Engage with the strategic culture and employee engagement work we are doing across the business
• Candidate should be detail oriented, have a general understanding of market research, and be a creative thinker

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business related field. Engineering disciplines will be considered as well.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Completion of Sophomore year of college
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
