City Experiences is seeking a Key Accounts Sales Admin for our Sales operations.

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

City Experiences' mission is to create amazing experiences for our guests. The successful Key Accounts Sales Administrator will provide a variety of support to the Key Accounts team, ranging creating orders on behalf of the Key Account Team managers to driving outbound prospecting, with the goal of maximizing revenues and profitability. Below are the essential duties and responsibilities of the Key Accounts Team Sales Administrator, but additional duties may be assigned as the position evolves.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Support:



  • Assists account managers in generating agreements for past booker clients, including submitting deck and charter requests as needed to support this high volume sales team.
  • As needed, provides prospecting support for the account managers, including reaching out to past bookers in the corporate, education and social markets.
  • Runs campaigns out of Salesforce, providing prospecting support to past bookers and driving referrals amongst existing clientele.
  • When an account manager is out of the office, under the director of the Key Accounts Director, follows up on working opportunities with the goal of pushing business forward.
  • Supports education and corporate team in filling out vendor forms and any other administrative work necessary to move business forward.


Guest Service:



  • Following the closing of a sale, answers any outstanding questions from the client, allowing the account managers to successfully move to their next booking.
  • In the event that the guest concierge team has issues collecting final payment, assists in calling client and securing payment, prior to the cruise.
  • As directed, follows up with guests post-cruise to thank them for cruising and to offer short-term discount to book another event within the next 90 days.


Administrative:



  • Use Salesforce CRM system to effectively plan and manage the activities in the assigned markets and to track productivity of these sales activities
  • Use Salesforce CRM & Reservation systems to accurately book and manage reservations and cruise details
  • Maintains good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork
  • Sends weekly reports as directed by Key Account Team Director


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • Associate degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or selling role
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form
  • Maintain a high level of organization
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
  • Focus on guest needs
  • Meet deadlines
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility
  • Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
  • Work with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends to accommodate site inspections and guest needs
