As a Senior Field Sales Manager based in the Mid Atlantic through Southeast US area you will have responsibility for managing the performance of numerous Manufacturers' Representative firms within key customer accounts of Anritsu's General Purpose (OEM, military/aerospace, local government, transportation, utilities, educational institutions) markets.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Achieve all sales quota and compensation target goals
  • Increase order intake and company brand awareness across all Anritsu Markets and Submarkets
  • Develop and lead strategic customer relationships directly and in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and independent Manufacturers' Representatives, and Anritsu Product Management at Federal Government customers throughout the US.
  • Ability to apply existing, programmatic experiences selling into Fed/Gov, Mil/Aero branches and contractors
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Anritsu products and applications, conduct customer demonstrations, engage in pre and post-sales support
  • Manage Manufacturers' Representative forecast accuracy in Salesforce
  • Support developing synergies of Anritsu and Manufacturers' Representative line cards
  • Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts by Account, Opportunity, Product/s, Sales Stage and Close Date
  • Collaborate with various Anritsu Business Units, Customer Operations and Product Marketing to establish and execute annual business plans and quarterly updates
  • Coordinate key customer meetings with Anritsu management, product line marketing, and business development managers
  • Represent Anritsu at trade shows and industry events
  • Lifting and transportation of equipment up to 50 lbs. into and out of personal vehicle
  • This position will be reporting to the National Sales Manager


Requirements:



  • Minimum BSEE or similar technical degree
  • 5+ years' experience selling Test & Measurement equipment, preferably to OEM, military/aerospace and-or R&D labs
  • Proven track record of identifying and nurturing Fed/Gov, Mil/Aero branch and contractor programs from technical/application discovery, equipment-solution evaluation, RFI, RFQ, negotiation, award and post-award support
  • Ability to monitor and engage with Anritsu or third party personnel to assure timely delivery of Fed/Gov program related contractual deliverables (CDRL's)
  • Proven track record of leading independent Channel Partner sales teams
  • Knowledge of wireless, optical and transport technologies is highly desired
  • Experience working with Fed/Gov, Mil/Aero branch and contractor customers is required
