Job Summary We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for an intern to join the Human Resources - Facilities department this summer 2025. U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization. Pay rate is $19.00-21.00 per hour per hour, depending on completed academic years Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships This position requires working onsite 3+ days per week. Responsibilities CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Incoming calls, visitor registration, mail posting, Fed Ex Labels, conference room scheduling and set up, filing, stocking break room and printer supplies, scanning and delivering incoming packages, helping with organizing storage rooms, other duties as assigned IDEA CANDIDATE * Proficient in: Office 360, Word, Excel, phone skills, communication skills REQUIREMENTS Must commit to working 8-12 weeks this summer. Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program pursuing a related business field degree. Must have successfully completed at least one full year of college by June 2025 and planning to return to school at the end of the internship.
