Staffmark, in partnership with our client company, in Fairfield, Ohio is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Verify inventory is correctly charged and accounted for Train, evaluate, and cross-train labor crews to develop team skills Monitor and assess equipment operators for safety and efficiency Handle labor issues professionally and escalate concerns as needed Coordinate material deliveries based on production schedule changes Job Details: Competitive Salary: $56,000-$65,000/Annually Overnight shift (8:30 PM - 6:00 AM) Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before transitioning to nights. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong computer & organizational skills Excellent communication skills (Bilingual is a plus!)
