Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong ability to manage inventory, train teams, and oversee operations? Staffmark, in partnership with our client company, in Fairfield, Ohio is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor. With our client, you will be able to take pride in what you do and work with a company that truly believes in its employees and that every team member plays a critical role in the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Verify inventory is correctly charged and accounted for
  • Train, evaluate, and cross-train labor crews to develop team skills
  • Monitor and assess equipment operators for safety and efficiency
  • Handle labor issues professionally and escalate concerns as needed
  • Coordinate material deliveries based on production schedule changes




Job Details:



  • Competitive Salary: $56,000-$65,000/Annually
  • Overnight shift (8:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before transitioning to nights.




What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong computer & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Bilingual is a plus!)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
  • Ability to manage a crew effectively & handle objections professionally
  • Weekend availability & comfortable working in cold conditions
