Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Affordable and comprehensive benefits package including Paid Time Off The Admissions and Registration Coordinator (ARC) will handle administrative (non-clinical) aspects of the patient encounter, achieving an ideal patient experience, while collecting and maintaining accurate insurance information on each patient record. The role is responsible for executing activities including registrations, scheduling, time-of-service collections and obtaining authorizations and providing same day admission notification to payers. You'll offer friendly, courteous assistance to patients, provide support to the clinical care team, and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Job training will take place during day shift hours regardless of the shift the incumbent is hired for. Requirements: HS Diploma or GED ARC II - One-year relevant experience Requires proficiency on use of multi-line telephone, nursing call bell. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
