Job Announcement

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Natural Resources Technician - Water Resources positions at our Field Operations Center in Plymouth, MN. This position works primarily outdoors in all types of weather. The position is responsible for assisting in the collection of water quality samples at lakes, streams, swimming beaches and drinking water wells. Also responsible for aquatic vegetation sampling, fish population surveys in streams using backpack or barge electro shocker, data entry, and testing for bacteria. May also assist in operating lab equipment and assorted other tasks. This is a six month seasonal position.

SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - $22.00/hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications

High School Graduate or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED) and at least one year of experience or related training OR any combination of education and experience equal to the above. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Must possess a valid class D Minnesota Driver's license.
