General Purpose

The Enrollment & Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role that is responsible for guiding and mentoring our Enrollment & Maintenance Specialist team within Commercial Banking.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Expert knowledge of systems and duties completed by Enrollment & Maintenance Specialists.
  • Oversees and directs the staff to perform a review process of manual system input for the Enrollment & Maintenance specialist team.
  • Ensures that all team responsibilities are being efficiently and accurately performed.
  • Sets goals for staff that are in alignment with department and bank-wide goals.
  • Leads efforts to change workflow processes as needed.
  • Champions the delivery of exemplary customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Banking Leadership team and other areas to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
  • Responsible for providing quality training in the department. This includes selecting the appropriate training materials for training employees, coordinating training programs with management, delivering effective training, and executing training assessments/follow up training.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Supervisory Duties



  • Develops staff by motivational coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Recommends hires, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments and is directly responsible for training staff members.


Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:



  • Experience in understanding customer needs and delivering unsurpassed customer service.
  • Expert knowledge of systems and duties completed by our enrollment & maintenance specialists.
  • Ability to share technical expertise with team members.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure superior results and team success.
  • Proficient knowledge of digital banking, payment systems, information technology systems and software with a high proficiency in the use of Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and risk requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Demonstrates ability to resolve conflict in a calm manner, negotiate difficulties, and models and counsels team members regarding appropriate professional behavior.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, manage and supervise workflow and personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understands the importance of and maintains confidential information.


Education or Formal Training:



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • A Bachelor's degree with focus in Technology, Design, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or similar field is preferred.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's License required.


Experience:



  • A minimum of two to three (2-3) years working in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of product management and/or supervisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, education or training.


Working Conditions

Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. Occasional Travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations, evening and weekend work should be anticipated.

Physical Activities:

These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 25 pounds.

Starting Rate of Pay is from $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
