Job Description

A leading Milwaukee based prototyping and product development company has an exciting career opportunity for a CNC Programmer / Operator.

Function:

Provides creative machining solutions to projects having a higher-than-average degree of complexity for which few precedents exist. Contributes to the success and profitability of the business with innovative production solutions that consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the completion of machining projects as assigned by the project manager.

* Communicate effectively with management and staff.

* Can utilize multiple controls.

* Run multiple CNC machines while prioritizing job flow.

* Have the capability to machine all materials.

* Utilize Surfcam for 2D and 3D programming.

* Evaluate a machining problem and determine a direction/process to solve that problem.

* Maintain tools, machinery and miscellaneous equipment.

Minimum Experience Required:

2 years CNC programming with MasterCam, Surfcam, or equivalent.
